My understanding I believe is that one of the reasons KCN bought the Challenger mine was for the Experience personnel, I believe that a sum of this experienced management and staff have now left the mine.
As I saw Gavin mention on Sky business yesterday.
KCN joking said the mine was a good place to store uranium.
The board of KCN are appearing to be Nepotists:
