I am currently travelling through the USA, I have not once heard about a carbon tax.

All they are worried about is economic growth.

The real debate about carbon if you do the numbers, are if china get to a western standard of living , we are on a run away train.

In Australia the greens power has peaked, which really means the debate on carbon has peaked.

We may get a Tax which in the end will be scraped or stay at a low level, which equals the same ( not much )
