talk about looking after themselves

as someone pointed out previously management K & A Brierty have been buying on market since 16/04.

however being substantial holders they must lodge notice of change within 2 business days.

their lodgement today shows they started buying on 16/04 which means they should have notified the market friday. they didn't, instead they kept buying on the 17th and also the 18th.

had they came out immediately on the 16th or 17th and said we have been buying i believe they could have stemmed the flow and SP may have bounced alot earlier.

but no they kept it all for themselves and let the scared selling dupe other holders out of their shares so they could buy on the cheap.

its one thing to show confidence and buy on market but to be the catalyst for the share price dump and then not do everything you can to stem it and instead use it to your adavantage is another failure by management.

this is not a family company anymore, when will management realise this and put shareholder first?

imo they just lost more credibility.
