That is one of the imponderables whilst investing in FAR...imo
You only hear real news thru 3rd parties...... imo.
Case in point is the DJ issue which I would suggest is 'cum news'... but why hear this from me,,, or a Senegalese Court.... or Facebook...or semi secret emails to holders.... this is not an isolated case as we all know..... PE arb status being yet another as pointed out by STH .... wonder if anyone will reply to Ya's loaded question re 'the Chefs' departure?? Big payout... but silence from the Pom Poms? A 'Cameron Bancroft' moment cannot be 'far' away...imo.
