FAR said from day one they never received the information required to pre-empt.
Both COP and WPL according to ASX release by FAR state that FAR have pe rights.......now COP says they don't....and despite what WPL have said publicly it was clear their boss didn't think rights existed when you buy a company....
I suspect FAR knew this would be the angle from day one and have now a very simple decision for the panel to make.
All that needs to be decided by the panel is do FAR's right of PE exist much simpler than having to decide what happens if FAR were denied their PE right.
Bring on arbitration and let the cards fall where they may. DB
