FAR said from day one they never received the information required to pre-empt.
So if it wasn't the rig what else?....
I only post facts as they appear DB.
It seems its easier to clutch at one liners when making a case why FAR persist.
Also why persist in telling the forum what the panel has to decide on.
You don't know what evidence they will take to make a decision.
Its all in your opinion unless you have inside info....
