Duncan Pursell (being Scottish - which translates to being thrifty - lol) is working "in the best interests of shareholders" & will probably know of a more canny deal elsewhere I am sure!
And...in my opinion Intec's both negotiating points did not work ie; 1) INL's deal was not in the best interests of JRV shareholders., and 2) financial pressuring!
I dare say there might be a few surprised people with filled buy orders in their emails when they come back from lunch! :-|
