I am hearing a lot of talk about coal improving, however we continue to hit new lows - jan and early February looked promising- but now it's gone the other way...

What would be nice is for Indonesia to stop exporting cheap crappy coal- they placed a ban on bauxite- why not coal???

I heard some brokers saying that there is a trading house/group trying to get this asset...perhaps they are the one keeping a lid on things... Just out of interest shorts have increased to 7.2million.... I don't remember the name of the trading house - but I can say It wasn't one of the majors such as glencore or noble.... Put all this aside..... Absence a strong buyer - sellers can do what they like, the problem isn't the short sellers - it's the lack of institutional buying- not enough has been done by the company to secure a better register..
