    Took the words out of my mouth gerkin, I was just about to reply the same. They have sold a lease and like when you sell realestate or anything for that matter you will be paying money. Nothing is free. Anyway I am happy for the synic's to keep knocking the share. I will keep buying and reap the rewards once the next stage of Antares is announced.
