The only thing that will create a defensible competitive advantage will be EXCLUSIVE CONTENT.
QFX needs to think of buying shows in the same way as free to air networks do. Benefit is subs can watch it when they want rather than wait for it on Free to air.
I am happy to be corrected but subs will buy content over platforms. Speed can be traded by subs when they pick a provider and is a price sensitive purchase.
this is the perfect time for QFX to sell themselves as the market leader in streaming to content providers.
No I don't know who it should be. IMO it should just be EXCLUSIVE.
