I think that $1 is a pretty fair price for EPT- hopefully will be between $1.30 and $1.70 by years end- It's always hard to value a speccie- still 2 years from getting any income.
One thing that I do like about the management is that have clearly mapped out the path that melanotan will take and any deviatians (like the PMLE delay) are announced to the market. The market knows where the company is headed and the share price adjusts accordingly.
