Tickety is different the purpose of the loan is owner occ.

Its a real shame common sense does not prevail in his position as the bank already has the security being the property for the borrowed funds.

Its not about that any more, today it is all about image, the bank does not want to end up on ACA and suffer reputational damage.
The head line. The bank is taking my home.

Accountability is lacking in australia, thats why the banks have taken this stance.
