I dont think Hartnell is going to let MMX, Barnes, Grimaldi, Crosslands Resources and Pinnacle off with some peanut settlement. He and AH have to much ego invested in this action, which may just be one of the biggest litigation cases in Australia.
MMX's continued assertion that Chameleon's claims have no foundation and are without substance basically suggests that AH is party to launching a vexatious legal action, I doubt that this sits well with Hartnell.
While many MMX holders remain confidently re-assured by MMX announcements that it has nothing to answer, are they positive that Barnes, Grimaldi, Crosslands Resources and Pinnacle have done nothing wrong in this matter and that their past actions will not have an impact on MMX.
We will just have to wait see if anyone folds some time soon or it gets to be battled out in court.
