    I am retaining 70% of my HER holding.
    Still there is a chance they get a permission.
    Chance for PEM higher bid.
    Chance for increased bid from Bumi recourses.
    On the other hand $2.25 offer shouldn't be breached unless
    some desperate Christmas shoppers.And if so-not for a long time.
    Worth to wait IMHO
