I think its fair to say FMG will be talking to absolutely anyone who can get them out of this sticky situation. Stokes, Baosteel, QNR, etc, etc. You name it they'll be talking.
Its called being desperate.
I'd love to know when the directors knew they were in trouble financially, and why it wasn't disclosed to the market. This sort of thing doesn't happen overnight.
Where was the profit warning ?
