actualy...it is pretty easy to check what forum would be like without the bears !

go back to 2008 posts, or even 2007 !

you can read a whole lot of drivel by 'bulls of the time'...

it reads like a real estate agency site !

all the spruiks that 'came" true:

--they dont make any more land
--immigration will do it
--200 000 houses shortage
--whole world wants to live here because of the weather

i forget the rest but they are as untrue as the ones todays bulls are sprouting !

at least bulls of 08 had the excuse for their ignorance, bulls of today have 5 years of learning on them and still...

p.s. i made money on property but i also have a career. i don't depend on blackmailing people for 'shelter' !
