this is actualy a feelgood piece in which RE industry is gently telling sellers to LOWER the prices !
feelgood element being all the fluff near the end about optimism about 2013...bla bla bla...
reality is $ 100 thousand less than expected...
and reality is that RE industry lives off commision on SOLD properties!
