That's right. I believe they will use a substantial part of their crushing and grinding capacity to process other ore to supplement tailings retreat. Be it new gold ore or low-grade stockpiles. (Or indeed low-grade sections of the mine they left behind/avoided). One issue with tailings though is recovery. They will recover a proportion form CIL leaching but the most difficult material is in this fraction and it is now low grade having the easiest and high grade removed. Still, IMVHO they wouldn't be talking about it if it wasn't realistic.
