I'd like to see the SFR study on Degrussa. It needs to be optimised for the mix of tails and other ore and recoveries. They've written off a stockpile recently. But watch them dig(?) up one or two more. I don't know the fine detail well enough.
I don't really have a doubt it will be profitable as your analysis shows.
Further, I think they'll ultimately include a lot more ore sources than Old Highway. My gut feel is it will be done for a couple of more years at a higher recovery. I also think the gold price in the out years will be higher.
Your overall processing costs look good.
