I was listening to another quarterly webcast and management were talking about a possible degrussa gold operation. There's actually about 7 million tonnes at 1g/t gold in tailings for 225,000 ounces and it would be possible to process 1 million tonnes of the tailings per year (30k ounces/year). If they could use 600k tonnes/year of the mills crushing capacity to process the old highway gold at 3g/t, that's another 60k/ounces per year.

then they would have a spare 1 million tonnes of crushing capacity to process some small copper deposits if they find any. I think a hypothetical copper deposit would have to be at least 3million tonnes at 2% for it to be economic to process. I wonder if they are able to shut down some of the flotation plant to make it a smaller more economic operation..
