Are you saying someone shouldn't be able to sell $3k worth of stock if it moves the shareprice???? If there was appetite for this stock than you wouldn't have a problem - maybe that's the issue rather than blaming 'regulators'. I'm also confident you wouldn't complain about it going up 6% on $3k of trades.... Which is funny
