if you could buy an asset worth $0.70 for $0.30 you would do it. APZ can't buy any assets because if they could they would be buying back their own stock.

if they were serious about making shareholders money they would close the discount to NTA not look for other properties.

the fact is that they are too scared to use the funds but are happy for the company to sell stock at $0.30 to fund the fat cat directors loans.

would it not have been a more effective use of capital not to sell more stock and dilute shareholders and then loan the funds to themselves?

corporate governance at APZ is shocking.
