I assume this is not referenced because its an older quotation, referring to the original 003, and not the hydrotrope versions 1, 2, 3,etc. If this is the case, a number of those facts are possibly not correct?!
The side effects of drugs are generally dose related, so a lower dose is LESS LIKELY to cause side effects.
I believe the doses being tested are equivalent to 10-20 mg of Viagra, with a more rapid onset, similar half life and less side effects.
I would be interested the source of this information TGA?
