We are now at the 1year mark since the first five TAVR patients were successfully implanted with the DurAVR valve. The all important 1 year results for the first-in-human Trial are fast approaching. We know from the 3 month & 6 month results that AVRs device proved to be superior to its key competitors in key grading criteria.
We know management have been progressing through steps required by the FDA to reach the next milestone of receiving FDA study approval. It is only a guess but possibly the 1 year trial results is the final benchmark AVR has to meet in order to be granted its FDA studies.
We also have the largest conference of its kind coming up in a few weeks. AVR has been chosen to speak @ the annual London valves conf. Nov 26 - Nov29. The medical world will be closely watching.
