A new Tesla, purchased 3 years ago at a price around $100k, now discounted by 70% (giving a second hand sale price of $30k) v a new $35k EV model today (not necessarily a Tesla) is what I was talking about.
Who would do that considering the inclusions in new EV’s these days and their discounted sales prices. This is why second hand EV’s are being discounted so much. It has nothing to do with EV demand and more to do with what you get for your money today v three years ago.
