Thanks for posting that short video bugi. Look! Plans and specifications are designed by architects and engineers well before the site is cleared for construction. The plans get sent to frame and truss companies all via CAD. They are never wrong.
I do forensic building reports on occasions. I can tell you right now by that video, the problem is with the step down on the slab is 100mm out and the wall frames, floor joists has not lined up, the wall frame has been shifted to compensate, out of plumb,floor joists are not reaching or too long and had to be modified on site by the carpenters. It puts the trusses out. it all comes down to poor site supervision at the setout,formwork and slab stage. The steel beam deflection in the video what I can see is absolutely normal, all beams deflect when loads are applied, there are calculations for the span to see if it is excessive.
If you think these problems won't arise using the HX....You may be very surprised.
