You raised some issues.
1- The walls are crooked.
2- There are gaps between bricks.
3- There is dripping glue.

I think the new generation pretty much covers issues 1 and 2.
It is more accurate. And at the beginning they showed a video of the robot bringing the bricks much closer.
In addition, they have a model that one of the operators goes through while working with a rubber hammer and straightens if necessary. This should add another layer of 'protection'.
In addition, in the future they plan to work with bricks from a special production line that will be precise, so that these problems will decrease.

The dripping glue, I don't know if it bothers at all because it's going to get covered anyway. If so, I suppose that simple solutions can be found for this that will make the substance less liquid.
In the videos, in some you see the glue dripping and in some you see there is glue and it is not dripping.
