Just thought I'd chip in and let you know that I traded JRV a bit 3 years ago (made a little, but no of shares on issue is always gunna be a killer) and spoke to DP and one of his minions about the laterite nickel at Young.
Anyway, they told me that apart from all the promise of the deposit and it's development, DP wanted it's success to be his last hurrah before retirement. They sounded genuine and he did have earlier success with a small gold mine in WA, I think, the one that gave JRV a cash flow.
It's been a hell of a long time and lots of to-ing and fro-ing because of the difficulty extracting the nickel due to low grade laterite, but just maybe he is trying to get it off the ground.
Just dropping you a line cos of the above and fact that he lives nearby although I've never bothered to check him out. House is on a big block but no mansion. I'm not President of his fan club either.
