Looks like they got a wrap over the knuckles from ASIC for talking up their own book too much.
The way I understand ASIC are saying thats boarderline misrepresentation, take it out and clarify.
Jeez, who'd invest in this. Unique opportunity alright. Sole rights to the diamond mind for sure. Just like the South Seas Company.
PFE bought a similar company the other day. I guess they turned their nose up at this one.
