why is it that you think a requirement for leadership is to be out the front, mouth open?
Government is governed from the inside.
Personally - I think it far better for a Nation's leader to be working quietly on the inside instead of being outside putting their foot in their mouth at regular and embarrassing intervals.
We have not had one national embarrassment since Turnbull took office.
He is yet to be measured in what he is doing - but, that always takes a while unless someone is actively stuffing up.
With a hostile house or senate - it takes time to win trust and then to do deals that keep as many of your stakeholders happy.
That takes a delicate hand - not a bull in a china shop roaring at the top of it's voice.
I honestly don't know why many of you here just don't buy a TV and watch sport and soapies - to keep yourselves entertained ------------- our politicians are not their for your entertainment - their job is to run the country - and, if you could pick a 'perfect' politican and government - then, you wouldn't even know they were there.
