i am out at 49.5c. I can't sit by the computer all day (although it seems I do!).

I cannot see the banks pulling out of refinancing as it is their best assurance of getting all their money. Still on the sharemarket anything can happen and usually does so I am pocketing a nice profit and will come back another day!
