Hello Nas.yes it normally does in 90% of cases.FDL have little cash and huge shares on issue.they have little choice in my opinion but to go this way.i also hold the view that FDL has very little substance and has run up on hype.my opinion only but i was completely taken by surprise when i saw my shares run from 1.2 to 15.regards Andy
