When Vic recently ran a similar process, the bidding was so attractive it was able to double the size of its commitment. Similar is possible here.

IFN has already said Forsayth would be a 'capital lite' project financed by a new owner with production contracted back to IFN. There is plenty of capital available for wind farms.
