G'day again tallguy,
On a chart only reading I wouldn't touch PWR at the moment. I would be waiting for it to form a bottom and showing signs of a reversal. That bottom could start to form at current levels or lower I could not say which.
I have not read through its announcements or visited its website to be able to provide any fundamental view.
