Tallplumbers "are we there yet" thread

To help tp with his dilemma, feel free to suggest the date we will be there.

For the purpose of this exercise, lets define "being there" as the date the HP Phase III news is released. (Not to be confused with the day we go into a Trading Halt to announce the news).

The winner of "guess the date" will receive a significant uptick in their share portfolio.

As creator of this thread I'm making first pick at Friday 27th November. (No problem with multiple posters selecting the same date.)
