I am thinking it is probably likely to be in the new year.
I know many will disagree, but I think Lind signaled so by not converting the balance of the CN. To me it says, they reckon there is still time to load lower (otherwise, the only other reason why I think they might make partial conversions is to try not to scare buyers away, which does seem to be working!).

Also realistically the next phase is unlikely to be an order of x million buds. I would imagine there are still several phases of product development i.e. prototyping, testing, certifications, etc, to proceed any significant order.

This all takes time. Long termers may remember this:



Sure throwing some big $$ at it will speed things up. And there is the possibility much of the lessons learned on prior developments is being put to use. Maybe even the LiveIQ is being resurrected in a new form. I note this product was mere months away from making it to the market in 2018, but put on hold to focus resources on hearing health:

My guess is a feature HP would be keen on is a auto switch/pairing of multiple devices, so you could seamlessly switch between streaming from a laptop and taking a phone call. I don't believe anyone has done this. It sounds simple, but probably not that easy to do, and would probably make it the go to device for anyone constantly connected/working from multiple devices.

So maybe now it's just a matter of updating components, retooling a nice new casing for HP, putting it all together and...

So I am thinking news will drop in the US on the 8th of Jan, and the ASX will publish it on the 11th.
