    Good on you. RTC = Rid Those Calories...!!!

    Having been watching my weight for a while, I am very wary of what I eat. I have cottoned on to eating 'A' (!!) gherkin when I feel a need to snack on something.

    Gherkins....contain - Vitamin A (supports healthy immunity) and Betacarotene (converts to Vitamin A in the body). Vitamin K (helps blood clot and can assist in liver disease) and Potassium (aids in healthy BP, is important in the contraction of muscles and bones and is important for digestion as well.....all good stuff. Vitamin K also good for the health of bones. No fat and low in calories. Don't eat too many though as you will overdo the sodium....just one (!!!) when hungry.
