    I have found doing aerobic exercise doesn't aid my weight loss much because it makes me very hungry so what I lose in the exercise routine I put back on by eating more as so hungry.

    For me weight loss is all about the diet and keeping calorie intake down and exercise is limited to weights and walking, stretching and mild exercises.
