Totally agree re cereals in general. One of the healthiest out there is Macro's untoasted museli, which might be a little plain for some but can be easily spruced up with some chia seeds, flaxmeal, goji berries & a few walnuts. Sets you up nicely :)
That being said I usually opt for a juice most mornings, carrots, beetroots, apple, big slab of ginger & dash of tumeric. Such an easy & quick fix of nutrients, surprised not more do it :)
