IMO you also need to reduce your daily intake of calories by 500.
if you did this everyday for a week you would lose about a 1 pound. this is a safe way to lose weight.
so 3500 cals = 1 pound.

you might need to drop the milk for a bit? Not drink 2 litres a day.
IMO your daily calories would be around just under 2000 a day.
which means you should restrict to 1500-7000.
this might mean a smaller portion or less snacks.
