i would have lost about 1-2 litres of water in sweat.
but i was drinking gatorade and took a gel around about 11kms mark.
hey also Watso when your riding over an hour its important to rehydrate. i use this in powder form.

just weight myself after the 2 hour run.
so did lose close to 2litres in sweat. hydration went up?
