Because we are voting on the same topic/issue even though vested interests are varied. I would love to know how the weighting works
1 owns 1mill shares vote weight 0.005%
1 owns 10 mill shares vote weight 0.05%
1 owns 100 mill shares vote weight 0.5
etc etc etc
