    Hi Justa,
    After due diligence I have voted in favour of both schemes. TPD has huge upside but needs the drill bit to do the talking ( e.g. TEG, L7 etc ) whereas STX 's drill bit has already done the talking . With more opportunities to come.

    This STX/TPD merger makes sense.
