Talon will have to sell the Olmos before I can get excited about the company (or get positive news from the Tanos JV area, which I doubt will come anytime soon). As it stands they’re waiting for the Olmos divestiture before they are able to increase their East Texas acreage position, according to the presentation anyway.
Until an Olmos divestiture takes place, I simply believe they have too little cash to effectively run an ‘acquire, prove up and sell’ company. Once they sell the Olmos, then they have a reasonable budget to operate on. Just my views anyway.
