Huge deal when it was announced and now it has expired - Nothing!
Managements obviously would be well aware of the building anticipation.
All I can fathom is that TMK & PetroChina cant quite come to an agreement at this point and there may be something else going on behind the scene that we aren't privy to and what ever it is, it is causing the delay and non disclosure.
Now I don't want to get others to excited or myself, but there definitely has been nothing negative from the Gurvantre project so far, quite the opposite. From previous experince this is a situation that often leads to something bigger & better in the making.
Sure hope so and must find out soon.
Just an opinion on this.
