very rough numbers thrown around is in the neighbourhood of $1 Billion USD per 1 TCF of proved undeveloped reserves. Key factor in that being proved (I.e demonstrated with reasonable certainty of being in place and economically recoverable; not prospective or contingent resource).
Probably quite conservative number today given forward price for gas and global gas demand outlook. Mongolia has advantages in terms of location and nearby demand centres, and disadvantages in terms of infrastructure and maturity of local industry.
