I asked Strike Friday for an estimated timeline on when they expect the ‘Walyering Construction and Commissioning Environment Plan’ to be approved. Got this back today from the HSEC Manager - Operations:
"Strike have been working closely with DMIRS to facilitate an efficient review of Revision 2 of the ‘Walyering Construction and Commissioning Environment Plan’ and we expect to receive approval shortly."Which I think shortly is probably right and that Strike would be pushing to get this through. The cash flow means as much to them / Talon as it does to share holders. Kevin's email is incorrect though, "" in the Operator Details section (I've passed that info onto Strike as well).

So we have EARS ref 114648 which is at "awaiting assessment" as at 27/2/23 and EARS ref 116341 which is at "being assessed" since 17/2/23. Are they contingent? If so, which is the more important?
