Here is what I understand about Condor. We conditionally purchased only a portion of the blocks from the vendor. We exercised that option and the current process at DMIRS is to separate the blocks from what McCullum is keeping, and to consolidate our blocks into a new single title. Once the title is split, and the new title issued, it will be transferred to TPD. This process is purely administrative. Until that process is complete, no process with respect to farmin, 3D etc can commence. I recall about 12 months ago the location was queried on here with respect to it being in a built up area. A poster (who I can't recall) who is local provided reassurance that "there isn't much there, it's definitely rural, and didn't represent an obstacle to drilling" etc. That was their opinion. I guess the proof will be when we move to farmin, if exploration is a problem, we probably won't be able to find a JV partner/operator. It's well down the road and time will tell.

I had a look at the zoning, its a mix of Rural Residential and Agricultural Resource .https://www.wa.gov.au/government/document-collections/shire-of-chittering-planning-information From the shire strategy page 60.https://www.wa.gov.au/system/files/2021-11/LST-Chittering-Shire-Strategy.pdf I suppose it doesn't mean that exploration and extraction cannot happen, but it doesn't look like a supported activity by the local shire. Not sure the locals would be happy with a gas pipeline running into the area and trucks taking loads of condensate out via the roads either.
