I'm just considering the $12 mil of sophs who bought in at 14.5c. Depends if they're happy holding longer term or if they want to reduce their exposure for a smaller upfront return. Not that many would sell all, they may just want to reduce a $300k investment to a $100k investment, for example.
Just spitballing anyway. I've got no real skills in this, I just buy and hold.
