Fronted up and took his 1,250,000 performance shares for 12 months employment with the company. Taking the performance shares was the watershed moment for me.

He might have a bang-up management team around him but the performance shares were the moment for him to take accountability for statements he made over the 6 months+ prior and he didn't do it. Very poor showing from a new CEO who was handed Mongolia and Walyering on a platter by the previous managing director. The only thing he's done, and it was probably really from Darren, was farming into L7 / EP 437. Everything else has been lead by other companies with TPD as the non operator.

I just don't know how people are happy with his performance for what he is getting paid.
